Apartment Torrevieja is a luxurious 4-person corner apartment and fully equipped. The living/dining room consists of sufficient seating and dining area with an open kitchen, HDTV. Sun-resistant glass, shutters, air conditioning. There is a balcony facing west. There is also a possibility to use the roof terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 4-burner stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. 
The bathroom has a sink, toilet and bath with shower. The 2 bedrooms have sufficient closet space for your wardrobe and luggage. There are double beds with excellent mattresses. If necessary, a cot can be added (is available). 
The air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature. There is an enclosed swimming pool and a P-place in the closed parking garage. Various shops and bars/restaurants are within walking distance. The large Consum supermarket is 600 meters away. The largest indoor shopping center in Spain, La Zenia, is 12 kilometers away. However, you don't need a car, everything is within walking distance or by bus. 

 

PRICES FOR THE APARTMENT:

Accommodation, minimum stay of 3 nights:

• March, April, October: €85 per night, €575 per week

• May, June, July, August, September: €110 per night, €750 per week

• November, December, January, February: €80 per night, €550 per week, or long-term rental for a minimum of 3 months

Mandatory final cleaning: €60
Security deposit: €250, refunded immediately after the final inspection
